This patented technology is more than a stand-alone magnetics component. It’s a way to design and develop custom power magnetics components. The physical nature of electromagnetic fields allows the co-existence of multiple magnetic fields into same magnetic material core considering the design maintains ninety degrees orthogonality among the fields (Maxwell Laws).

Boost topology
Integrated and reduced size for high power density boost topologies. Fully optimize component with CoolMag potting drastically reducing the max hotspot temperature.
Resonant LLC DCDC converters
For LLC resonant topologies serial resonant choke is integrated with the transformer in a small and compact solution. All the component is filled with thermal resin CoolMag to ensure the thermal link.
Phase Shifted Full Bridge
For Phase-Shifted Full Bridge converters serial and parallel chokes can be easily integrated with the transformer. This integration reduces the weight and size of the magnetic. All the component is filled with thermal resin CoolMag to ensure the thermal link.
